A GREAT POEM FOR NARGIS VICTIMS

Burma's non-political flood

Water, water, all around me

But I am so..so… thirsty.

Here, there, human bodies' everywhere

But none alive accompany me and share.

And I look at myself

Broken hopes and empty handed.

And I look further around

Just like a post heavy-battled ground.

Wild cyclone has wiped all things down.

Where are those kids from innocent playground?

Where are students in the green and white uniform?

Where is my town always singing along country rock songs?

Where are my mates who search for freedom and independent?

Where are those local chicks with new-leaf-color lips?

Where are those parents with a too busy habit?

All my questions disappear,

All my answers whisper…and whisperer.

Collaborated disaster of the nature and the dictator!

And I constantly hear voices from my empty stomach

Asking me food, forcing me speak out and stand up.

I silently speak with my loudest, to the entire world

Then mankind's sympathies come and knock my door.

Let me now open my door

'Cause those sympathies will help to fix my wounded floor.

Let me invite them with an open heart

'Cause those sympathies will help my life reconstruct.

Hello Mr. militarists,

Your guns are currently useless,

My demands are urgently needed,

Here, I'm alive, not a corpse yet,

Neither much time left.

Together, let's work out as a nice diplomat!

ရန္ကုန္ စံေတာ္ခ်ိန္ ည ၁၁ နာရီက အႏုပညာရွင္ ဇာဂနာ၏ ေနအိမ္ကို အထူးစုံစမ္းေရး၊ ျမိဳ႔နယ္ရပ္ကြက္ အာဏာပိုင္မ်ားအပါအ၀င္ ပုဂၢဳိလ္ ၉ ဦး၀င္ေရာက္ျပီး ၄င္းအား စစ္ေဆးေမးျမန္းရန္အတြက္ ေခၚေဆာင္သြားေၾကာင္း သိရွိရပါသည္။

ဇာဂနာ သည္ ႏိုင္ငံေရး အက်ဥ္းသားေဟာင္း၊ စစ္အစိုးရက အႏုပညာလႈပ္ရွားခြင့္မ်ား ပိတ္ပင္ထားေသာ အႏုပညာရွင္၊ ၂၀၀၇ သံဃာအေရးအခင္းတြင္ အဖိႏွိပ္ခံ သံဃာေတာ္မ်ား၊ လူငယ္မ်ားဖက္ ရပ္တည္သူ၊ ၂၀၀၈ ေမ နာဂစ္မုန္တိုင္း ကယ္ဆယ္ေရးလုပ္ငန္းမ်ားကို ေစတနာ၀န္ထမ္း ဦးေဆာင္သူ ထင္ရွားသည့္ အႏုပညာရွင္တဦး ျဖစ္သည္။

စစ္အာဏာပိုင္မ်ားက နာဂစ္မုန္တိုင္းကယ္ဆယ္ေရး ေစတနာ၀န္ထမ္း လုပ္ကိုင္ေနသူမ်ားကို ၄င္းတို႔ စာနယ္ဇင္းမ်ားကေနျပီး တိုင္းျပည္ အရွက္ႏွင့္ သိကၡာကို ထိန္းသိမ္းၾကရန္၊ ဒုကၡသည္မ်ားကို ေတာင္းရမ္းစားေသာက္သူမ်ားအျဖစ္ ႏိုင္ငံတကာအလည္မွာ မတင္ျပရန္၊ ႏိုင္ငံေတာ္က မုန္တိုင္းကယ္ဆယ္ေရးကို ေကာင္းမြန္ကၽြမ္းက်င္စြာ ကိုင္တြယ္ႏိုင္ေၾကာင္း စသည္တို႔ျဖင့္ ၀ါဒ ျဖန္႔ေနခဲ့သည္။

ဇာဂနာတို႔၏ ေစတနာ၀န္ထမ္း ကယ္ဆယ္ေစာင့္ေရွာက္ေရး လုပ္ငန္းမ်ားကို စစ္အုပ္စုက ေနာက္ကြယ္မွေနျပီး နည္းမ်ဳိးစုံျဖင့္ အေႏွာက္အယွက္ေပးေနေၾကာင္း၊ မိတ္ေဆြ အႏုပညာရွင္မ်ားျဖစ္သည့္ အရိုင္း၊ ငွက္ေျပာေၾကာ္တို႔ကို ကူညီေစာင့္ေရွာက္လုပ္ငန္းမ်ားႏွင့္ ပတ္သက္ျပီး ေခၚယူစစ္ေဆးေၾကာင္း၊ အကူအညီအေရာက္နည္းသည့္ ေဒသမ်ားကို သြားေရာက္ႏိုင္ေရးအတြက္ ကုလအဖြဲ႔တခုကို ဇာဂနာက အကူအညီေတာင္းခဲ့ရာတြင္လည္း ၄င္းအဖြဲ႔က စစ္အုပ္စု ျငိဳျငင္မည္ကို စိုးရိမ္ျပီး မိမိတို႔ကို ျငင္းဆိုခဲ့ေၾကာင္း၊ ႏိုင္ငံတကာ၏ တရား၀င္ အကူအညီမ်ား ထိေရာက္စြာ မေရာက္ ရွိေသးေၾကာင္း စသည္ အေတြ႔အၾကဳံႏွင့္ ခံစားခ်က္တို႔ကို ျပည္သူသို႔ လြတ္လပ္ပြင့္လင္းစြာျဖင့္ ဇာဂနာက ေ၀ဖန္ေျပာဆိုခဲ့သည္။

ဇာဂနာဦးေဆာင္သည့္ လူငယ္ႏွင့္ အႏုပညာရွင္မ်ား၊ ေက်ာ္သူ ေရႊဇီးကြက္ ဦးေဆာင္သည့္ နာေရးကူညီမႈ အသင္းၾကီးတို႔ႏွင့္အတူ မုန္တိုင္းကယ္ဆယ္ေရးကို ျမန္မာလူငယ္ ေစတနာရွင္ အစုအဖြဲ႔မ်ားက ေစာလ်င္စြာ ကိုယ့္အားကိုယ္ကိုး ေဆာင္ရြက္ခဲ့ၾကျပီး ဆရာေတာ္မ်ား၊ သံဃာေတာ္မ်ားကလည္း တအပ္တအား ေဆာင္ရြက္ေနၾကခ်ိန္၊ ျမန္မာျပည္တ၀ွမ္း လူထု လူတန္းစား အသီးသီးက ေစတနာ ထက္သန္စြာ လိုက္လံ ၀ိုင္းယံေနၾကခ်ိန္တြင္ စစ္အုပ္စုက ထိုသို႔ ဇာဂနာကို ဖမ္းဆီးျခင္းျဖစ္သည္။

ဖမ္းဆီးသူမ်ားက ဇာဂနာ့အိမ္သားမ်ားကို သတင္းဌာနမ်ားသို႔ အေၾကာင္းမၾကားရန္ႏွင့္ ေဆြးေႏြးမႈမ်ား ျပီးဆုံးပါက အျမန္ဆုံး အိမ္ျပန္ပို႔ေပးမည္ ျဖစ္ေၾကာင္း ေျပာၾကားသြားသည္ဟု သိရသည္။

The Association supported Kyats 4,000,000 including foods, clothing and other things for the victims of Nargis who live in the villages of Kyat Pha Myay Zaung, Azote Kyi, and Pho Lay in Phyar Pon township.

The Association offered the supporting in May 21, 2008.

The monks from the Association found the evidence that it is needed to save and to rehabilitate much more further.

The association declares that it will continue to serve the supporting programmes as follows:-

The doners and supporters all around the world can help supporting directly to given addresses.

The programmes to be continued

1. To reestablish socio-economical development in the affected areas.

2. Especially, to help and support the orphans caused by Nargis.

3. To support foods, clothing, shelter, medicine and other needed supporting.

4. If needed, to cooperate with other supporting associations.
